Designed for expectant mamas at all stages of pregnancy. Appropriate for women who are new to yoga, as well as advanced practitioners.
*Helps ease aches and pains associated with pregnancy
*Teaches poses that can be used during labor
*Builds strength for carrying baby
*Relieves anxiety and teaches deep relaxation
*Builds a supportive community of new and experienced mamas (many women come to prenatal yoga during their subsequent pregnancies)
